Margarine 150 gr
100 gr flour sugar
 Salt 1/4 ts
1 egg yolk
Grated Cheese 50 gr
Desiccated coconut to be sprinkled with 50 gr
Flour 250 gr

How to make:
1. Beat margarine mixed with flour and salt sugar evenly.
2. Add egg yolks while still stirring.
3. Enter the flour while sifting and stirring evenly, add grated cheese, stir well.
4. Take a little batter. The shape of the crescent moon or according to your wishes.
5. Roll on the coconut. Place it on a baking sheet smeared with margarine.
6. Bake for 30 minutes with a fire under a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius until done.
7. Coconut Cheese Cookies are ready to be served.
